Paul Derek Hardy

After waiting for over 1.5 years and being nothing but patient, professional and polite, Mr. Hardy took less than five minutes to state he was no longer representing me and to come and pick up my file. This was after we contacted the probate court and found out he had not filed the forms he said he h...ad months ago, Also, has was paid in advance $4k because he had threatened to drop the case before. I could go on and on stating the lack of respect and communication, but I am grateful that dropped our case before his office was closed, we did get our file back.

He is one of the worst persons I've ever met in my life. He breaks all the rules and is allowed to continue being an attorney and I would be careful about hiring him. He lies and says that he didn't get things when you have certified mail that he did such. He refuses to serve people and the court a...llows him to continue to do such. And in my opinion he's not capable of representing anybody and when you're on the other side he'll refuse to serve you and the state of Texas needs to just bar him for sure.

The worst experience of my life! Paul did not fight for me what-so-ever, in my divorce, after promising me good legal counsel and promising me good representation. I have been disabled for the past 18 years, unable to support myself, and my ex husband hid our retirement in various accounts includin...g offshore accounts, and was allowed to not pay spousal support, all because of a royal misrepresentation on Paul Hardy's part. He is one of those attorneys that give all attorneys a bad reputation. He just sat there and said absolutely NOTHING!! He will not fight for you or your rights!
