I hired Mr. Ortiz to represent me. The bad reviews are true. The amount he charges does not compare to the work. He does not take the time to properly review your case. He does make himself available but forgets key information on the day of court or ask for information at the last minute. You end up... finding about your court date the afternoon or night prior. He does not keep you up to date on the actions taken and says he tells you things when he does not. He is arrogant and rude. And don’t try to tell him he is not doing a good job because he will snap at you. Loves to mansplain. My problems are worse now then before I hired him. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive had a terrible experience with Mr. Ortiz for my child support case. I just had another lawyer review my child support order and she told me the language in this order is vague, and unenforceable, and basically garbage, and no wonder my ex-husband and his lawyer were willing to sign it in court. ... It already cost me a bloody fortune having him represent me, and this is not the first time he's made a mistake that ended up costing me more money. My case has become an absolute nightmare. Mr. Ortiz seems too busy to even care because he does have a lot of clients. You will not be a priority and if and when you do have to go back to court, you will wish you went with another attorney that properly represented you and your best interest. Im basically having to fork over more money for someone else to assist me with my case, and have wasted time and money for a service with Mr. Ortiz that was basically worthless to me and my child in the end.

Contrate los servicios del licenciado en septiembre del 2105, para agosto del 2106, seguimos en lo mismo, ningún avance, difícil de contactar y que te devuelva las llamadas. La primera cita se vendió como la persona que iba a velar por tus intereses y que para el la comunicación era muy importante, t...enia que hacer cita para saber el estatus de mi caso por que por teléfono jamas respondía, le dije que no quería que me representara mas en agosto del 2016 y apenas el día de hoy marzo 1 del 2017, me llego la moción de que no me representaba mas. Definitivamente no pierdan el tiempo, su dinero y su bienestar emocional. Debi haber hecho caso a los reviews. I hired Mr. Ortiz back in September 2015 a year later a I have to fired him because was done with my case, for a year I struggle to get any communication from him or his office, the only way I could information was by stop in by his office and waited for him to see me. He took my money didn't do anything and I could never get in touch with him, half of the time he was out of the country, don't waist your time with this guy.
