The BEST Attorney I have ever used. I have engaged over 10 other attorneys in course of business, from litigation, contract, and personal legal services. A previous business owner I built a medium sized company with millions in payroll tax liabilities. My company collapsed, I was then bankrupt, ha...d no means to pay the IRS liabilities. Bankruptcy would not clear this liability. Payroll tax trust fund liabilities are not forgivable. The IRS was relentless, wage garnishments from myself and my spouse. The IRS agents were even so bold to claim to take away social security in 25 years from now in retirement, after a lifetime of wage garnishments. I retained Melissa to represent me on a tax matter related to a divorce settlement. She was extremely diligent on handling all aspects of this problem (long telephone sessions and non response to fax, letters and emails. The worst part was the constant harassment/threats by the IRS via certified let...ters from different parts of the bureaucracy. The other issues included selling of property and their capture of income tax refunds and lien removals after all was paid and satisfied. What I enjoyed about working with Melissa was keeping me updated with her activities and status reports of all correspondence.
