First, let me wish everyone at the Law Center a happy and prosperous New Year! I am writing this review to express my appreciation of how Brooke Irey handled my estate matter; a matter that had evolved over a years’ time with no resolution in sight. Ms. Brooke listened intently as I struggled to v...erbalize the pertinent aspects of the issue. With professionalism and confidence, she made me feel comfortable as she explained my available options. Brooke immediately reached out to a friend, a bank administrator, who provided her with information used to assist in resolution of the issue. This all was completed within a minimal time frame, where the expectation was that there would be a number of visits required. Brooke proficiently resolved the issue in one visit; in little over an hour! I don’t have much experience in the way of attorney services but Brooke will be my first recommendation to anyone requiring legal representation concerning any matters. I hired Brooke for a very difficult and lengthy case involving my severely autistic son. My ex husband sued me for custody in 2013. My son resides in an excellent residential school. We consulted with Brooke Irey for estate/wills/trust for my father, Jimmie. The initial consultation was made by Brooke's desire to understand our need and wants. We hired Brooke to complete the will, power of attorney, and other legal forms for dad's estate. Brooke was very accommodating for a ge...ntleman that was uncertain of this process. She took the time to explain and answer all of our questions in a manner that we could all understand. She took a lot of the fear of lawyers (and the legal rhetoric) away and made the process simple and easy to understand. All of the paperwork was completed in a timely fashion and we were happy with the results. Brooke has a personality that is very easy to work with and makes you feel at ease and guides you through the process of making decisions that are often difficult. She also made it very easy to work with siblings that live out of town to be a part of the process. I am very happy with the work that Brooke completed for us on the estate and will. I am confident that when the time comes for final disposition of the will, she will be there to guide us thru that as well. Brooke totally changed our view point of lawyers in general.
