Real Estate:
Including representing buyers, sellers and/or lenders in connection with the purchase, sale or financing of real property; including the preparation of all necessary paperwork, such as deeds, promissory notes, deeds of trust and other ancillary documents, including loan documents.

Real Estate Title Work:
Review of records to determine ownership of property, including review of the Official Real Property Records of Bexar County (or other counties); review of District Clerk Records and County Clerk Records and tax records. I also prepare documents in order to clear title to property, including the preparation of deeds, assignments and affidavit of heirships.

Probate:
I handle estates and file wills as a muniment of title or for independent administration and in certain circumstances as a dependent administration. If a person does not have a will, I can prepare an affidavit of heirship, small estate affidavit or an heirship proceeding.

Litigation:
Matters in all of the above, including suits to quiet title, suits to trespass to try title, declaratory judgment actions and various matters in probate proceedings, representing heirs and administrators.

Business Law
I can form entities including LLCs, corporations, limited partnerships, as well as operating documents such as minutes, by-laws, and the formation of series for an LLC.

Family Law
I accept cases involving divorce, custody, support, property division, adoption or any other legal issue that may arise.

Additionally, I can assist you with the preparation and/or the review of Premarital agreements, post nuptial agreements and partition agreements.
