Divorce

I was supported and guided every step of the way by my attorney, Mr. Blair. With the daunting task of hiring a divorce lawyer, I knew I would need someone with the right combination of knowledge, compassion and integrity. Mr. Blaire’s sincere character and direct communication was above superior. He... is very professional and caring. I always felt that I was in good hands. I highly recommend the Law Offices of John Alan Blair for the legal expertise, compassion and understanding of the many complex facets associated with divorce. He is beyond phenomenal.

Divorce

Hired and paid almost $20000 to defend me and did nothing but take my parents money. My wife violated the court order weekly by taking my children out of school early on my visitation weekends; switching their schools; calling in false child support and child protective cases and the list goes on. I ...have over 9 police reports, pictures, police statements and statements from school personnel and Mr Blair refused to request a court date to appear before the judge. Kept asking for more money saying we would go to court and then nothing. He finally withdrew from the case and helped her attorney leaving me with no attorney; broke and not seeing my kids for over 3 months. The judge never knew what she did and I have no attorney and no idea where my divorce stands

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I take client satisfaction very seriously. Due to attorney-client privilege I cannot comment on your concern publicly.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
