Zach represented me in a Violation of Protective Order case where evidence proved I clearly violated the protective order. With cunning skill, Zach acknowledged that I did infact violate the protective order, but challenged the fact of if I knew the protective order existed. The law requires knowledg...e and intent in order for a person to be found guilty of a crime. Zack was a warrior and a champion as he rip the District Attorney's case to shreds by raising reasonable doubt as to if I was infact knowledgeable of said protective order. The Jury rendered a unanimous NOT GUILTY verdict. This guy is very compassionate about his clients and believes in their causes. He will fight to make the state proved every element of their case, and raise reasonable doubt everywhere there there is for reasonable doubt to be and get the Jury to see the reasonable doubt. That's what being a good Trial Attorney is all about. And the whole time he did it with a smile on his face and in very soft respectful tones, always poised and in full control of his person. No shouting or getting flustered for this guy. Definitely 2 thumps up. 3 words "HIRE ZACHARY GREEN"!
