I'm sorry to hear about the other reviews, I believe they are not true. I had been looking for someone who I could trust for my family and business. After they were recommended by a friend I approached Mr. Gutierrez and I was given an appointment asap. After I explained my cases, Mr. Gutierrez counse...led me and explained the process, times expected and costs. His law firm was able to communicate with me in a timely manner and they were also open and available every time I called in for a doubt I had. I was pulled in by the low cost of filing a new immigration policy. To this day, we have never had the chance to speak to an actual lawyer. Everyone is rude and never calls back. I have heard every excuse in the book and they are not knowledgeable. One person says one thing, and then another chan...ges it the next week...and that's after waiting two weeks for a return call. It was way too late when I figured this out, I had already completely paid them for their service. They lost our paperwork three times! I had literally everything ready for them and they still kept asking me for paperwork that they had right in front of them. We went in and had to show them exactly were it was in the folder that I provided them. I spoke to other clients that ended up just leaving and paying another law firm to file their papers. I would have been better off going with another lawyer who cost more but actually did his job. Stay away! I've worked with several law firms and this one is the worst!!!
