I hired them over the phone. I would try and call to speak to the lawyer but he was never available then I tried to speak with the paralegal and she was never available. I would be placed on hold for 5 to 8 minutes at a time with no answer and then the line would get disconnected. The receptionist... was always very rude she would keep me online and forget and pick up 5 to 8 minutes later and say how can I help you. I would kindly remind her that I was waiting to speak to the paralegal or the lawyer Or even the manager. Very unprofessional very disrespectful and I never got call back from them. I was lucky enough to get my thousand dollars back. But I want to warn anyone else please do not hire them.

I hired this attorney and I made my down payment and more, he never shows the face, I requested for my money back, and was a long time, months , a lot a bad service, never return phone calls, rude people, I requested to talk with him, never call me back, nobody call back, I spend and waste a lot of t...ime with this attorney, he returned my money when he wanted, after around 8 months, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW!!!!!! if you need an immigrant service, I do not recommend this attorney!!!!!!!

The worst company ever, i hired them,to represent my brother, the attorneys from office they're rude ,worst treatment, they didn't do nothing about my case,i been a called 7 weeks, ever day,they just put me in hold, voice message, and i didn't receive any call back,i asked about my money back, and n...othing idem,so please don't not hire them, they are worst office ever!!

After some security issues in Mexico my Family try found what options are available to live in USA. Some family members recommend us Gutierrez Law Firm, at the firth time we have the appointment with one of the Attorneys, after a few month thinking on the possibilities request a interview with Roland...o Gutierrez, was a positive interview and the result was a successfully request for Work Visa. I'm sorry to hear about the other reviews, I believe they are not true. I had been looking for someone who I could trust for my family and business. After they were recommended by a friend I approached Mr. Gutierrez and I was given an appointment asap. After I explained my cases, Mr. Gutierrez counse...led me and explained the process, times expected and costs. His law firm was able to communicate with me in a timely manner and they were also open and available every time I called in for a doubt I had. I did notice they do have a lot of cases so sometimes you just need to be a bit patient but overall they did a great job for us. Thank you Mr. Gutierrez.
