Mr. Kirkwood understands well and navigates efficiently the complexities intricate with a CPS case. He understands the law and has experience with many of the case workers, lawyers and judges. Mr. Kirkwood guided us to quickly undertake actions to help us in our case even though I did not understan...d the bigger picture. His advise was accurate and to the point and by following it our case had a successful outcome. He later explained his strategy in more detail when the situation was not as urgent. Mr. Kirkwood did have a tendency to underestimate the cost in our particular case, but within reason, as some complications did arise. We will hire Mr. Kirkwood again if the need arises. We had heard from some case workers that Mr. Kirkwood was tough but that he would be the person that they would personally hire and not want to up against in court. We observed how well he interacted with opposing counsel and with all members of the court. His demeanor and knowledge worked in our favor.
