Board Certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Trial Advocacy - Texas Super Lawyer
I am South Texas born, raised and educated. Professionally, I have only been a trial lawyer. Started out as an Assistant District Attorney in Bexar County. Handled and tried hundereds of cases from DWI to Capital Murder.
Enjoyed a successful career in prosecution. Then, met and married my love and partner, Christine Martino Del Prado. We have established our own firm and been successful. More importantly, we established a great family and are truly blessed.
In 2018, I returned to prosecution as the Chief of the Criminal Trial Division of the Bexar County District Attorneys Office - supervising over forty (40) felony level trial lawyers. Subsequently, I became the Chief of the Major Crimes Division. Trial work included prosecuting two Capital Murder cases.
I have now returned to private practice, defending the citizen accused.
I am Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization
I am Board Certified in Criminal Trial by the National Board of Trial Advocally.
I have been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer on numerous occasions over the years.
