My case was given to this attorney through a third party site. I was told two weeks ago that my case was resolved but when I contacted the court to make a payment I was told that a new trial date is being set because the attorney never sent in the signed plea agreement. I have not been able to get a ...response from the attorney.

During the legal process, we encountered some issues. We learned that important documents from the court did not reach our attorney, which caused some confusion in the case for a while. However, they later addressed the issue after following up. Still, we believe that keeping contact information up t...o date is a fundamental responsibility for an attorney to ensure such important documents are received on time. Additionally, as clients, we expected stronger communication. Throughout the process, we would have appreciated clearer and more satisfactory answers to our questions. Overall, we hoped to see a more proactive approach. We trust that such matters will be handled with greater care in the future.
