Very, very Bad Man

Not to be trusted. You have to check to see if things are done.
Jan does not get back with you when you need him and if he does, he doesn't seem to listen. He does not keep you informed. He dropped the ball on us after 4 years into our Chapter 13 and caused a lot of heartache.
