In 2007 I was charged with criminal trespass in San Antonio.Bexter County.i remember I was sitting in court being escorted from the detention centre.This attorney showed up in a badge colour suit.i don't remember his name but he did called my name and said he was there to represent me.He guided me th...ru the proceedings and all went well on a plea bargain.my charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.A big time help when I filed for my citizenship.succesful thank you Sir for your expertise .I do not know if you were paid but God is good and I know you got your blessings.i was looking thru my files and found his name as the one who represented me.i will never forget this favor.ftom my heart Sir,Thanks.

I used James Milan as a last resort recommendation on not one. But two cases. One was for an accident and another a first time offense of being falsely accused of assault. He made me believe that I was “Gonna be okay” being that it was a first time offense. He signed off and did not present any evide...nce nor my witness landing me in a horrible situation that has not only caused me distress but had me throw $5k of my hard earned money away when it could’ve gone on a lawyer who does their job. Had I been advised I had 30 days to hire a new council or request a trial. I would have. I have deep regret for using this incompetent and horrible representative of a man. He should not practice law and should hardly be used to “Defend” anyone as he is not fit to do so. He did nothing for me and I assure you anyone is better to hire than this man. Don’t make the mistake I did.
