I am an experienced attorney working primarily in Estate, Trust, Wills, Real Estate, and Collaborative Divorce.
The Collaborative Process is a new way to settle your divorce case without going to court. It is totally private, you may schedule your meeting to fit your schedule, you and your spouse have total control of the matter, and the process allows the parents to salvage their parenting relationship and put the best interest of their children first.

Regretful client
Collaborative divorce is an outstanding choice for couples who are amicably ending their marriage. It is an intelligent choice for those with high net worth. I choose collaborative because it is considered to be a more "peaceful" approach to divorce ( especially for children). Couples dissolving thei...
I agree with my anonymous reviewer that a collaborative divorce is an outstanding choice for most clients because it offers an amicable way to untie the knot. I am sorry my anonymous reviewer feels a collaborative divorce was not right for him or her. I tell all my clients if they are unhappy with my services, please let me know and I will make it right. Entering the collaborative process is voluntary. I never force a client to choose the collaborative option. I can't comment specifically on this case because I don't know his or her identity. I can describe the procedures I follow in all my divorce cases. Collaborative clients must agree to voluntarily disclose all assets and I carefully review financial materials for evidence of hidden assets. I do a formal family violence evaluation of every case and don't accept clients if there is credible evidence of abuse. Hiding assets is more likely during litigation because there's no requirement of full disclosure and litigation attorneys often hide the ball during discovery. I never force a client to pay a disputed fee. I explain all divorce options to every client and allow him or her to choose the divorce method that's right for them. When I interview a client with limited resources, I offer the family a free divorce. All my paying collaborative clients have a high net worth. I am credentialed by Collaborative Divorce Texas and have years of experience doing amicable divorces. If a client wants a litigated divorce, I refer them to another attorney. I am surprised by this review and don't understand what went wrong. If the anonymous reviewer will contact me, I will be delighted to discuss their case with them at no cost.

"I have known Harry professionally for about 20+ years. In that time, I have known him to be the consummate lawyer who takes into account not only his client's needs, but takes the course of action that will maximize benefits to the client while maintaining that crucial balance between civility and outright war. He is a great lawyer."
