Quick, Knowledgeable, and Thorough

After having several bad experiences with attorneys, a friend referred me to Daniel Kemmy. Daniel was up front with me and informed me that my inquiry wasn't his primary focus of law, but that he would do some research and follow up. We set a date to review his findings and he delivered. Not only did... he come prepared with several documents summarizing the local municipal codes pertaining to our discussion, he spoke intelligently and confidently about a topic new to him. Daniel exhibited true professionalism, made himself available for questions, and provided valuable insight.

"I do not hesitate to endorse Mr. Kemmy as one of the most competent and trustworthy lawyers in his field. His impressive vast knowledge of the law is only matched by his excellence in the courtroom. Mr. Kemmy excels in taking difficult legal concepts and making them digestible not only to his clients, but to the harshest critics in the courtroom, the jury. If you need a trial attorney that will fight for you AND attain a judgement in your favor, give Mr. Kemmy a call."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
