I hired the firm after releasing Wayne Wright in 2017 due to a car wreck rear ended the communication was average never actually met Chris Mayo but spoke to him a few times very kind an sincere person somethings that were said would be done were not it took 2 years but mr mayo was on top of the case ...an willing to go to court if needed every profession has issues not perfect but I believe mayo law firm is a place who sincerely cares for people

My experience with Chris's office and staff has been excellent. My calls were returned immediately and all my questions and concerns were answered. Although, it was never a promise that a claim would be settled in a short period of time but I was truly satisfied that my claim was settled in just sh...ort of a year.

I went to Mr. Mayo's office seeking representation for a slip and fall injury in 2010. I spent several hours there and my case was reviewed carefully. It was decided that he would take the case. I was told that my case would not resolve until I had completed treatment. During the interim, I would att...empt to communicate with the supposed case manager. I sent her several emails and left voicemails. She would never return any of my messages. When my treatment was completed in July of this year, I sent her a copy of the letter. I never heard back from this case manager. I decided to email Mr. Mayo himself to see if he would respond and to ask if I still had an active case. If not, I wanted to know so I would stop trying to communicate with them. I received an email back from Mr. Mayo informing me that it was decided that they could not prove my case after all. He said I was sent a letter in December 2011 (almost a yr ago), which I never received! If I would nave recieved that infamous letter, I would not have continued to ask for updates on a case that did not exist!! The treatment from Mr Mayo's office is very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend his services to anyone in need!!
