Mr. Ortiz helped me to gain primary custodial parent status of my then 8-month-old son to protect him from the child's mother, as she had turned to the use of drugs. He was very professional in explaining the process that would take place in moving forward. Mr. Ortiz may hurt some tender hearted people's feelings, but he sure knows how to stand up in court and tell it like it is to the prosecutors and even the judge.
