Alison Marie Hicks

So I hired this hick and associates to represent me for a pending divorce and payed a retainer. Her little assistants were clueless and could never answer a question nor had any idea on actual law though they were attorneys. Could never get an answer from them, they never returned phone calls and A...lison was no where to be found. My wife and I ended up working things out and I still had over 900 left from the retainer and of course the criminals this place is they double billed and couldn't explain the charges but to say what was on the paperwork which showed the same as a previous bill. My wife's attorney stated they had lost official court filings and documentation and they had to redo a lot of paperwork. Thank god this worked out otherwise I was going to get hammered in court because they were beyond incompetent!!!! Extremely disorganized, unprofessional, and have no ethics what so ever though they signed a bill of ethics. I recommend getting someone off the street corner before you use this law firm. BY FAR THE WORST ATTORNEY I EVER DEALT WITH....GO ELSEWHERE ANYONE IS BETTER THAN ALISON HICKS AND ASSOCIATES!!!!!!!!

Alison was amazing. She was responsive, upfront, and honest...qualities not typically found in other lawyers I have worked with. I was recommended Alison from friends of my family, after my ex boyfriend repeatedly dragged me through the mud in a custody battle when I wouldn't be with him anymore. He took me back to court for kicks and giggles because I couldn't afford it and he could, and he loved to make my life miserable. I ...went through two attorneys prior to finding this heaven-sent woman, and I have never regretted it. The moment she walked into the court room my ex and his ridiculous shark attorney thought of her youth and beauty as a flaw, and man, I've got to tell you, she wiped the smirks right off of their faces. I spent 12 grand before I found an attorney who meant what she said, and did it with swift motions. I read the prior statements. It's true, she wants to know what went on, wants a journal, but if you want to win a case you come prepared. I already had to record everything, I had substantial evidence to back every concern I had. She kept me up to date, was very responsive, and still is to this day. Reading the statements I have read, I think they must be thinking of some other attorney, because there's just no way you and I are talking about the same person. She is not a cold, worthless attorney, she is the best and brightest. If I didn't have her on my side, I'd be worried.
