Barry Paul Hitchings

September 2017 I spoke with Mr. Hitchings to see if he wanted to handle my request concerning sealing records. I was referred to him by the San Antonio Bar. After discussing the details 45 minutes via telephone he agreed to call me back in a week to give me a fee for the request I made. I did not... hear from him even after leaving with his office 4 messages over a period of 5 weeks. I made a call again in November and did speak with him and questioned no return call to me after he advised me he was going to handle the request. I was waiting on the fee for this service before signing an agreement. Mr. Hitchings said he was busy on a high profile case and to email him my documents and said he would call me back after reviewing them. Approximately 2 weeks I could expect a call from him. Once again, no call back to me. I emailed again in December to ask what is he doing if anything. No response. I had made 2 additional calls leaving messages for him till March 22, 2018 and advised his clerk that I just needed to know what he was doing with my personal information in those documents he ask me to email him previously. I wanted to know did he do anything or was he going to do anything at all ? As of today May 31,2018 still no response.
