• Representing employers in commercial disputes and matters involving unfair competition and restrictive covenants
• Handling matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, unequal pay, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, negligence and other workplace‐related claims
• Providing in‐house training on a variety of labor and employment-related topics
