Michelle Lanfear was referred to me by another attorney. My first impression was that she was aggressive and attentive. Nothing could have been further from the truth. She was never around for anything, highly impatient, and let my ex-wife's attorney run all over her. Her employee was extremely r...ude to me and threatened me on several occasions. Her associate attorneys were great. However, that was the only saving grace in my experience with that firm. Never again!

Michelle was an advocate for me from the moment I walked into her office. Although I was angry and impatient she coached me through depositions, hearings and the outcome was 100% what she guaranteed me. I would use her again and highly recommend her. Her staff is attentive and Kurt is knowledgeable... and kept me up to speed.

Very unprofessional! Michelle seems tough, but in reality she’s just abrasive, even to her own clients. Overpriced for the minimal work they do. I should’ve listened to the reviews in Google. Find a lawyer who actually works for you, not like Michelle, who makes you give in to the opposing counsel. Y...ou’ll have to be your own lawyer just to be able to have a conversation with her. Kurt has to keep her in check, she has no people skills. Don’t be fooled, Kurt seems like he’s on your side, but he’s just as shady as she is. Worst $4,500 I’ve ever spent! I could’ve reached the same results if I went pro se.

THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ACCURATE! Overpriced for the minimal work they do. They will wait until 10 minutes before your court hearing to get any information from you. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Michelle’s bark is bigger than her bite. She talks a big game and will tell yo...u that she can beat the opposing lawyer but really just gives in. Save yourself the money and go with another attorney who will actually fight for you and not just collect a paycheck.
