Mr. Garcia is amazing! He is easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable. Prior to the court hearing, he was so sure that the case would get dismissed (which is exactly what we wanted) and that is exactly what happened. ok so I normally don't write reviews for much, but this man deserves one. I was in a VERY strange and complicated case with my daughter father who served me with visitation modification papers when he resurfaced after 2.5 years. With such short notice (3 days to find attorney) I had no choice to go... with the first lawyer willing and able to be in court with me. Well that lawyer completely FAILED me in court and made me look like the bad guy claiming i am keeping my daughter away (NOT True) causing my daughter to be thrown into visitation schedule under temp orders with her father at his home after ALL that time! It was a nightmare! These ppl were almost strangers to us . Thank God I found and hired Lawrence Garcia when Final Orders came. He made me feel confident and calm before court date arrived he always knew what he was talking about knew the law VERY well. Was open with me with things I didn't want to hear that may happen and assured me he is going to fight for it to not happen...And that is exactly what he did in court. I went twice with him and each time he was a beast up against their attorney who was very intimidating. He was able to successfully prove that I was not the bad one he presented himself very well stood his ground and didn't back down! I admit their lawyer terrified me I was nauseous at times having to deal with him, but not Mr Garcia he was not afraid to speak up an get things taken care of!! Not only was he good in court but as well as returning my phone calls and emails exceeded my expectations. If was not in office I could always expect him to call back within an hour or so. As well as called me while with his family and on weekends. He is well worth the money and I am so very blessed to have found him to protect my baby during this tough time.

4 years ago, per my divorce decree, my ex-wife was awarded primary custody of our daughter. My ex always gave me trouble for visitation/possession times, but I worked around her demands and orders to avoid confrontation. I did it for my child. Once she got remarried, my ex and her husband fabrica...ted grotesque allegations of abuse, filed charges against me and filed suit to remove me from my daughter's life. Along the way, they coached my daughter and used unscrupulous therapists to file repeated appeals with CPS. Before I called Mr. Garcia, I spoke to few attorney's in San Antonio, they either scared me of how bad things can be or asked for exorbitant consultation fees just to discuss the case. I feel extremely lucky to have found Mr. Garcia. First he calmed me down, inquired particulars of my case and provided initial consultation. I retained him as my counsel the same day. He is an excellent attorney, easy to communicate via text(SMS), email or phone and always responded to my requests promptly. If he is at the court house or at a trial, his office staff were able to get my message to him promptly. Our case went on for 6 painful months, during which time my ex, her husband and their counsel went to extraordinary measures to alienate me from my daughter. However, Mr. Garcia was able to establish interim visitation, regular phone/skype with my daughter. Our case culminated with a jury trial and I was awarded sole custody of my daughter. Mr. Garcia is a seasoned professional, with extraordinary legal depth and strategy. We feel fortunate to have him on our side and forever be grateful for his counsel.
