The mother of my son and I have been in court a year to date fighting over the custody of our 14 year old son. Once I got engaged and moved in with my fiance (now wife) she told me I couldn't see him again. Prior to my engagement I always had our son and his little brother (her child from a previou...s relationship) to help her out. I went from always seeing my son (prior to engagement), to never seeing my son, to eight hours a week on the weekend, to 50/50 in the summer time, to extended standard and now full custody. ok so I normally don't write reviews for much, but this man deserves one. I was in a VERY strange and complicated case with my daughter father who served me with visitation modification papers when he resurfaced after 2.5 years. With such short notice (3 days to find attorney) I had no choice to go... with the first lawyer willing and able to be in court with me. Well that lawyer completely FAILED me in court and made me look like the bad guy claiming i am keeping my daughter away (NOT True) causing my daughter to be thrown into visitation schedule under temp orders with her father at his home after ALL that time! It was a nightmare! These ppl were almost strangers to us . Thank God I found and hired Lawrence Garcia when Final Orders came. He made me feel confident and calm before court date arrived he always knew what he was talking about knew the law VERY well. Was open with me with things I didn't want to hear that may happen and assured me he is going to fight for it to not happen...And that is exactly what he did in court. I went twice with him and each time he was a beast up against their attorney who was very intimidating. He was able to successfully prove that I was not the bad one he presented himself very well stood his ground and didn't back down! I admit their lawyer terrified me I was nauseous at times having to deal with him, but not Mr Garcia he was not afraid to speak up an get things taken care of!! Not only was he good in court but as well as returning my phone calls and emails exceeded my expectations. If was not in office I could always expect him to call back within an hour or so. As well as called me while with his family and on weekends. He is well worth the money and I am so very blessed to have found him to protect my baby during this tough time.
