Won't keep up her commitments in terms of timing and won't respond your calls
I had a HIPAA question that had been answered to other peers in a short time. I chose her because she was recommended by a client. However, she never met the deadlines she offered. She was unresponsive when I tried to reach out to her and then promised to fix it but didn't . I'm very disappointed.
