I went to see Ms Dumont for a consultation. Ms. Dumont, WILL NOT LEAD YOU ASTRAY. She seemingly knows the employment law and is honest enough to tell you when there are no laws to protect you. Yes, there is a charge of $100, but well worth it for the knowledge and definitive answers she provides.... SHE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AN "AMBULANCE CHASER" and that is not what I was seeking. I appreciate her patience with hearing my challenges faced on my jobsite, she was able to decode and blatantly advise me that TEXAS has NO employment law to protect American workers who are clearly demeaned and cursed out very disrespectfully on the jobsite, while working 17 hours continuously and have your superior charge you irate and specific threats of bodily harm. Thank you Ms Dumont for your time and patience. God Bless Kala Dumont and Thank you. Ms Dumont .... She heard me, understood, was empathetic and yet at the same time informed me there are NO laws to protect an EMPLOYEE on the jobsite. I think she hated telling me the laws more than I cared to hear them. She does not let you walk out without feeling that she understood and she was there to help me understand the TEXAS Employment laws. She gives no false context and is a sharp individual well versed in Texas laws and in doing the right thing!
