The worst of the worst...Mr. Brian Hamner
My story is pretty similar. I recently saw this pathetic excuse for an attorney's name and was reminded of my horrible experience with him, which took place in 2007-2008. I paid him $5000 to do a slam dunk modified child custody case against my mentally unstable ex. To make a very long story short....

Don't trust this man with any case!!
This man did not even plead custody of my children in court! Lost my children, he let the opposing lawyer write the divorce decree when I was the person asking for the divorce. I lost my children for 5 years because of this man. When I complained to the bar, he had 5 other people on the discipline sh...

Excellent Lawyer
