I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of ...moving forward. What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own. If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

When I couldn't afford to pay for a lawyer and needed a court appointed attorney, Mr. Santos came to the rescue! With a hard work ethic and being thorough in his work my case got dismissed before my scheduled court date. Which saved me trip. I’m truly thankful for him and his office.
