Mr. Brittain has 10 years of experience assisting with the probate and administration of large estates. This includes both the uncontested administration of relatives' estates as well as will contests and related litigation.
Mr. Brittain also handles a large docket of multi-party construction law cases in the San Antonio and South Texas area. His clients include design professionals, builders, contractors and suppliers. He has experience with claims related to building defects, delay in construction, mechanics liens and collections, and contract negotiations.
Mr. Brittain also has experience assisting many small to mid-sized businesses in the formation process, buying and selling of existing businesses, real estate transactions, contract review and negotiation, and business litigation.
