Was not working for me but against me
Long story short, this lawyer took over my case and it was too much for her to handle and wanted me to settle for something I did not want and was not in my or my children's best interest.

Replied last November 02, 2017I wish that whoever posted this had either identified him or herself or contacted me directly because I can't figure out who this is. I strive to aggressively fight for my clients whether in the courtroom or in an agreement, and I make it a point to put the client in the "driver's seat" when deciding whether to sign off on an agreement. It's hard to know if all terms of an agreement will work in practice as they are expected to in theory, and it sounds like that may be what happened here. The good news is that orders regarding children are generally subject to modification if something didn't work out as expected. Please contact me to discuss options for how to address what didn't work out for you.
