Fair & Reputable Real Estate Representation

I developed a problem with my real estate agent and contacted Frank. The realtor had misquoted the contract that had been signed. Frank took the time to review all of my documents and the contract. After reviewing the contract, Frank was able to stop the realtor from requesting additional items ...not required in the contract. Both sides were able to work together and I was able to sell my house. I would highly recommend Frank and his office to anyone that is needing any kind of assistance. He was very professional, high level of integrity, and very easy to speak to.

Legal Help

Last week, I had an unexpected legal issue come up which I needed immediate assistance with, and Frankie was able to get it resolved within a few days. I would highly recommend Frank for quick, responsive and thorough legal assistance.

Traffic Violation

Frank was a tremendous help when my son got a traffic violation. He treated us like family and took care of everything for us. It was a bit of a tricky situation but he helped us navigate through it and made it painless. He even followed up after it was settled to make sure the defensive driving was ...completed on time and provided the address of where to mail the certificate. That was completed unexpected. Exceptional service!! I would not hesitate to recommend Frank to anyone.

Law Suit

I hired Frank Sandoval when a creditor was suing my wife and I due to a loan that we couldnt pay due to other circumstances. Frank assured us that we had nothing to worry about and that he and his staff would take care of the issue for a few within our budget. I highly recommend Frank Sandoval and hi...s staff for any legal consultation or to represent you in cases like ours.

Disgruntled Employer Issue

I spoke directly to Frank concerning a disgruntled ex-employer who had been continually contacting me after I had quit the job. The ex-employer was making serious accusations against me and Frank had assured me he would handle this for me. Frank was able to stop ex-employer from contacting me and... got for me my last paycheck. The law firm was very professional, efficient, and handled it within my budget. I would highly recommend Frank as an attorney and would hire him again.
