With over 20 years of experience handling a variety of cases (through negotiation, mediation and when necessary jury trials) I am dedicated to ensuring my clients have the information they need to make informed decisions.
To minimize the stress and anxiety that accompanies legal issues and to help clients regain control of their lives I place equal importance on both client education and client advocacy, with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome based on a client’s choices about their case.
In addition to traditional litigation, I welcome seeking less costly alternative methods of dispute resolution, including collaborative divorces and utilizing the alternative dispute resolution process. Initial consult
Had the first phone consultation with Frank and i felt very comfortable and relaxed speaking with him. I had had a previous consult with a different attorney and did not get as much help and info as Frank gave. Looking forward to having him handle my case.
