Bryan Stewart Orihel

We met Bryan Orihel back in early part January 2020. We had hired The Law office of Shawn Brown to help us with Dwi and Dui against my son. At the time my son had just turned 18 years old and was doing things he should not be doing. Mr. Shawn Brown and Bryan Orihel with their professionalism a...nd intellectual skills handle my son cases. I can not express how satisfied we were with Bryan Orihel professionalism ,intellectual and communication skills on my sons cases. And with the help of his assistant Pie Alvarez they always kept us informed about my sons up coming cases, with a followup phone call or an email correspondence. It was a nightmare going thru this. But taking one day at a time, patiently, with the help of Bryan Orihel and his professional and knowledge and respectfully petting everything into perspective. I knew time was on our side and this was right team. Bryan Orihel also went over the possibilities and outcome; didnt sugar-coat anything of what could happen to my son if he didn't get the necessary help he needed to over come this bad nightmare. Bryan Orihel gave us positive information on recovery solutions for my son. Such as going to Recovery classes for Alcohol and substance abuse. As a parent this was all new to me and my faith brought to them. Because as parents we need to stand with our sons and daughters so they can have brighter future. So I prayed that God would put the right people in my path and he did. It's been 5 years since we hired Shawn Brown and due to covid it gave, Bryan Orihel opportunities to work on my sons cases tentatively and my son time to recover from his abuse. So, I am happy to say we had our day in court . October 24,2024 and with help of Shawn Brown at Law firm and Bryan Orihel working tentatively on my sons cases and my son following thru all recommendations and doing all the classes. All my sons cases were dismissed without probation. That was the outcome I prayed for and the outcome Mr.Shawn Brown and Mr.Bryan Orihel saw for my sons future if he stayed focus. Never give up on your sons and daughters. Life is already hard as it is. I would would recommend The Law office of Shawn Brown and Bryan Orihel every time. They kept us well informed, their professionalism and intellectual on my sons cases was exceptional. They were very considerate and respectful to our situation. On my way home one evening, I was in a hit and run accident that left me with a totaled car and stranded on the side of the highway. An officer showed up and because I had been drinking, pretty much blamed me for the accident, made me do a sobriety test, and then took me to jail for DWI. The officer ...did not believe that I was in a hit and run and instead wrote in his report that I crashed into the highway wall by myself without any real investigation of the crash site or even really looking at my car. I then got to spend the next 2 nights in jail despite not having a record/never being in any trouble with the law and my bail being paid within several hours of my arrest. Being a victim of an accident and in a time where I needed help, I felt very wronged by the situation and how everything was handled. I was scared, nervous, and unsure of where to even begin on what to do. I originally hired another lawyers office(that shall remain unnamed)and they pretty much treated me like I was guilty, said my case wasn't really anything out of the ordinary, and was pretty much being told to accept what happened while they just try to rush me through the punishment process. I had not even gone to court yet nor was my license suspended but I was already being told that I needed to go get a breathalyzer installed within that week(fully aware that my car had just been totaled). After talking to a friend about my situation, he referred me to Shawn and he had me come in the very next morning for consultation. Shawn sat down and actually listened to my situation, was very understanding and offered his services with the intent of fighting for me. Bryan was later assigned to my case, and was able to find numerous issues with the officers conduct along with credibility issues with the their technical supervisor. Despite this, the prosecutor could not let the case go and, due to COVID, the case dragged on for almost 2 years with numerous offers from them that involved basically the same punishments with slightly lesser charges (18 months probation, 6 months breathalyzer, community service, etc). Me being someone who's never had a record and feels like I was wronged in a situation where I really needed help could not just accept this and call it "justice". Bryan agreed and gave me the confidence to stand my ground and take this all the way to trial knowing that he would fight for me with everything he could. The day before we were set to go to trial, the case was dismissed and I'm extremely thankful to everything Shawn and Bryan did to keep me hopeful and giving me the confidence to not give up and fight for what I believed was the right thing to do. Would definitely recommend Shawn Brown's office to anyone needing real help in a tough spot.

I cant recommend Brian Orihel enough. Ten stars if I could. I got myself into a mess and decided to hire a lawyer. Consulted with Brian the next morning and just from the consultation knew he was the man for the job. Not on ANY fault of their but cases can take a long time to figure out with the jud...icial system catching up and covid not helping at all. Everytime I would call him in a 2 year span. He would answer the phone like he already had my case file in front of him, never missed a beat or shirked a task. He was VERY good about reaching out to me with any new information or things I needed to attend or schedule. The whole team at Shaun Browns office is amazing but talking with Brian O ALWAYS put my mind at ease and I knew full well he had my 6 throughout the whole thing. I dont know how much I can get into my case on here but I am VERY happy with an outcome I had no expectation of it reaching. So Brian LITERALLY did the unimaginable. If you get caught up in a DUI/DWI, save yourself time and go straight to Brian if possible.
