Anthony Daniel Bancroft

I could not have been more satisfied when a friend recommended Mr. Bancroft to me. Mr. Bancroft treated me as a person and not just another client. He was very professional, sincere, hard working and just an all around fantastic guy. Mr. Bancroft represented me in a child support review case that ...I thought would end horrible for my 2 boys and myself. I have always heard horrible things about working with the AG office as the non-custodial parent and recently experienced just how bad it could be for a single father. My background is simple. I divorced almost 14 years ago and have 2 great sons from the marriage. Their mother is the custodial parent and I am the non-custodial parent. I have always paid my child support on time from day one, help them purchase pretty much whatever they want or need and spend as much time as possible with them, at least twice a week if not more. I recently went through a child support review process at the AG office and was treated extremely poor by them, I was looked upon as the stereotypical dead beat dad. The AG office wanted to double, yes double, my child support obligation. I was distraught, lost and did not know what to do. If my child support obligation doubled I would have had to file bankruptcy or work a second job and loose spending time with my boys. I contested the modification and requested a court hearing. This is where Mr. Bancroft came into the picture. He understood my concerns, took my case without hesitation and handled it as if it was his own. He was patient with my rambling questions, persistent phone calls and reassuring that he would do his best to represent me for the right reasons, which were the best interest of my boys. Court day came and Mr. Bancroft held true to his word. He presented a case that was simple to understand and the Judge was able to follow. The Judge was able to see I was an honest, hard working man who lived a modest lifestyle and always have the best interest of my boys in sight. The Judge awarded a reasonable increase in my child support obligation that I was able to afford and it allowed me the opportunity to be there for my boys. Bottom line, Mr. Bancroft has honest wholesome beliefs. He is not your stereotypical ambulance chaser out for a quick buck. He is a professional who stands for what is right. I would highly recommend Mr. Bancroft and would not hesitate to have him represent me again.

Mr.Bancroft was beyond helpful, we are very well pleased with the way he handled my child support case. I was expecting less than what the outcome was! He went above and beyond to get me 10yrs back pay in child support I'm very well pleased and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone from now on.... The communication with him is great!
