He has had my case over a year has not done anything what I have asked him what I wanted .. I call and nobody ever calls back . Justice is as good as the fight...EXACTLY! he doesn't fight, doesn't even show up
Unbelievable. Doesn't show up to court, he will call in if you're lucky. I had a CPS case, he was definitely NOT an asset..when he did come to court, he told me just to agree to everything to make sure we weren't in court too long..left me feeling like he was late for his golf game or something. Do NOT Hire Ross Rodriguez
He took my 85 year-old mother for over $15,000 for what should have been routine legal work. He missed court dates, failed to properly prepare court documents and refused to respond to complaints about his work. I am not alone in this assessment of this man.
