Beware
I Hired on a probate case. He didn't do the job. Not till after did I find out Ross has 3 State bar reprimands he received. Don't hire this firm I lost $9,000 and have not won document from the court. Probate Court 2 San Antonio Texas

Poor excuse of an “attorney”
All “Mr. Rodriguez” AND staff try to do is poke your eyes out as compensation for their below average work and results. It seems like he doesn’t work on his cases unless you call DAILY. The ONLY thing consistent about Ross Rodriguez is how he manages to get FULLY PROBATED SUSPENSION year after year...

Unbelievable. Doesn't show up to court, he will call in if you're lucky. I had a CPS case, he was definitely NOT an asset..when he did come to court, he told me just to agree to everything to make sure we weren't in court too long..left me feeling like he was late for his golf game or something. Do NOT Hire Ross Rodriguez
He took my 85 year-old mother for over $15,000 for what should have been routine legal work. He missed court dates, failed to properly prepare court documents and refused to respond to complaints about his work. I am not alone in this assessment of this man.
