Kyle Christopher Simpson

When I was initially arrested for a DWI I was a first time offender and did not know the full extent of what fighting it in court would mean. Kyle was patient and walked me through the entire process. He made himself available to me even on weekends to answer questions and help reduce my anxiety. Ult...imately, it took almost two years to resolve my DWI and Kyle was there every step of the way. I was offered many plea deals because I was a first time offender with a low BAC level and each deal seemed good, however, Kyle never pressured me to accept anything I did not feel 100% confident with. In the end he ended up getting my case dismissed. Over the two years that I worked with him he showed nothing but professionalism and empathy, I would highly recommend him to anyone.
