Absolutely bad lawyer

He has done absolutely nothing to help my brother in laws case. He was in jail when his court date up they took him to a family violance court instead of criminal court. Didn't file motions that help my case I'd asking to file a motion if speedy trial and he didn't do anything I asked him to do or helped
