I was arrested for my 2nd DUI and a friend referred me to Mr. Acevedo. During my consultation Mr. Acevedo explained to me what to expect and the course of action he planned to take in order to best represent me. He then challenged me to go a year without alcohol, not to help my legal case but to impr...ove my quality of life. It was then that I knew I was hiring the right man. He was genuinely concerned with helping people. The team he has working with him was amazing. I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process and Stacie helped me every step of the way. She walked me through the process of getting an occupational drivers license so I could still drive legally. Mr. Acevedo ended up getting my case dismissed. Any advice I can give to anyone reading this, don’t drive if you choose to drink but, as far as legal representation for a DUI you’re not going to find anyone better than Mr. Acevedo and his team.

Ultimately, the motion was granted and my case dismissed. I, without a doubt, would recommend him to anyone facing a similar situation.

Mr. Acevedo is great at being a lawyer but he really needs to learn to communicate with his clients. I hope his assistant stays by his side because I got all my information through him and he's very helpful, in fact if would have fired Mr. Acevedo had his assistant not convinced me I was at the righ...t place. He was right Mr. Acevedo is excellent at DWI's he is not the type of lawyer that will hold your hand throughout your case, make sure to make good with his assistant and you should have no problems.
