I am a NY Supreme Court appointed guardian and fiduciary for a disabled young man who asked me to help find his biological family. He was adopted at birth. In my capacity, I was authorized to hire an attorney when I was at a loss unable to get sealed records from TX and needed an attorney there in ...TX with experience in adoption. I did google extensively before narrowing in on the law firm of Denise Martinez. The initial consultation was straight forward and I hired this firm. It was truly a flat fee. Attorney Neftali Rodriguez was assigned the case and he was thorough with the details. Though there was no guarantee of the outcome, he communicated between myself and the Court to ultimately get the results prayed for. Now with the biological parents names, I can begin the search. Denise and her team were engaged to help us with our adoption of our foster child, abandoned by the biological mother.
