This lawyer told 1 of his court-appointed clients that if she wouldn’t let him touch her t*ts, he wasn’t going to turn in an application so she could finish a program to get her case dismissed. He said this where more than 1 person was able to hear and the judge took him off that case. He depends on ...cases from the county to pay his bills. Look elsewhere, even if you have to ask others to help you pay for someone else. It’s better than staying fair game to this excuse for a human.

he's an incompetent ambulance chasing attorney, this man does not care about his clients, he's out to collect a check from the State, nothing more. He failed to do diligence in our case, never returned calls, or text messages and curses at you in the courthouse. This man should not be practicing law ...he's incompetent and negligent.

He is straight forward in his determinations of how best to accomplish what you want. He defended my husband and his servic...e dog in Court and helped to save her from being taken away. Without his help, my husband who is a disabled vet, would have been virtually homebound. But thanks to Mr. Hajek, my husband has his life back and he was able to keep his service dog.
