This lawyer will sound very convincing, intimidating and confident but really she does not know what she is doing. I came to her with a family law case twice, the first time she promised to get my ex contempt and attorney fees back however she settled at mediation. The second time she promised the s...ame thing (never happened) she talked me into trying to get custody, according to her my chances where really high and we where going to do a jury trial, she suggested a social study, and made it sound like it was going to be favorable for us and we would win. Now the social study has been done, and it seems like the therapist does not want to change custody to us (father and stepmom). So after thousands of dollars on lawyer fees, 2400$ on social study, having to disclose information to my ex on a discovery and a lot of work nothing will happen or change. I am not happy and I think that hiring this lawyer was a mistake, she completely misguided us.
