Loraine Efron

Ms. Efron is the worst lawyer to have appointed by the courts; she helps the DA with convictions she doesn't help you out to stay out of jail or prison. now that I have a lawyer that has looked at my case got it dismissed cause of lack of evidence like I was telling her but no, I got 7 yrs did all 7 ...and now getting money cause of wrongful imprisonment. Don't hire her cause she is out to help the DA....on all convictions on whom ever.

Loraine is an excellent attorney and a wonderful person. Working and talking with her, I could tell that she cared about me and her clients. She was in constant contact with me throughout my case. This being during covid times, we would regularly video call to discuss legal matters. The case agai...nst me was dismissed because she fought hard for me. And she will fight hard for you. I highly recommend Loraine.

Loraine although knowledgeable, was consistently unprofessional. When Meeting her at a local restaurant I offered to pay for her meal, she barely took any notes at all. The following weeks of working with her consisted of her calling me back to verify information that should of been noted in our 3...00 dollar consultation. Aside from that initial meeting I've only gone to court 2x's with her, once to have an extension put it from the opposing side, and a second to drop the case because I didn't feel comfortable with her lack of planning. I was asked to print out documents and specific picture at 7PM the night prior to our first court, this being my first time, you can imagine my stress. During our first court session Loraine was so involved in her phone that it took the Judge two loud yells of her name to get her attention and proceeded to ask her if she needed a cup of coffee. During that initial court hearing she spent her time speaking to other attorneys in regards to other cases, asked me to walk with her back to her car because she forgot her planner book. When I received her estimate for her time, she milked everything she could and went well above our initial 3,500 retainer and is asking for 5,000 now for almost no work done. Please learn from my mistake, in this trying times of needed to find the right people to put in your corner, watch out for those who charge 1hr for writing an email.
