I am originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana and I began my nearly 16 year tenure as a registered respiratory therapist in healthcare facilities throughout Indiana, Ohio, and eventually Texas, as I was also practicing law.
In 2001, I started practicing law throughout Indiana and during that time I began with a general practice handling various misdemeanor criminal cases, family law cases, and I also assisted several small businesses with their various legal needs. Shortly thereafter, I began working with a firm assisting with creditor’s rights issues and started working on Social Security Disability claims.
In 2004, I moved to Texas to join my previous law firm with a primary focus on federal administrative law representing clients to obtain SSA and VA disability benefit claims. Today, I am currently licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and Indiana, as well as the federal courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Southern and Western Districts of Texas, The Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and The Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims.
Today I represent disabled individualth throughout the United States, check out my website at: Brent Klender Law, like and follow me on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
