Armando Javier Roman

This is my second review on Mr. Roman. I have 3 years of venting to do. He wasted 3 years on my case and thousands of dollars never followed protocol. I'm gonna do everything I can to warn others. After notifying Mr. Roman I was gonna report him to State Bar and that I was gonna post a review he dro...pped my case. He has also not returned any of my files after I requested for them to be returned. Be very cautious he a very smooth and calculated person. I would highly recommended digging into all his reviews before spending your hard earned money on this attorney. And if your one of the few going through what I'm going through. Know that your case will carry on were left off. Gd luck to you and I on your next attorney.

I have worked with several lawyers (unfortunately) and Mr. Roman was by far the BEST. From the first phone call, Armando immediately put me at ease and went to work. I retained Armando's services despite being aware of his prior public reprimand, as I believed in giving him a fair chance to assist me with my case. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of extremely disappointing. Armando consistently ignored my calls, emails, and text messages, le...aving me in the dark about the progress of my case. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for updates, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication created unnecessary frustration and concern on my part. Furthermore, Armando failed to fulfill his responsibilities as my legal representative. A letter that was supposed to be sent to the property management company on a specified date was never completed or delivered. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable, especially considering the importance of timely action in legal matters. I made the decision to terminate his services. It became evident that Armando was unable or unwilling to prioritize my case and act in my best interests. **If Armando eventually returns my calls and addresses my concerns, I will provide an updated review

Hired this untruthful attorney who has now been served with a lawsuit on 27 March 2017, case 2016-03772 by Texas State Bar Chief Disciplinary Council. He was untruthful about his area of legal expertise. Has no comprehension of legal protocol, is deceitful in tasks he is doing as I verified with par...ties he was to be in contact with. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT HIRING THIS LAWYER FOR ANYTHING BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE IN HIRING THIS DECEITFUL ATTORNEY.
