Virgen & Virgen Attorneys at Law, is a Law Firm founded in 1995 in San Antonio, Texas, principally dealing with Immigration and Nationality issues, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and certain Family Law Cases.

Alberto Virgen and Adriana Majul-Virgen, the partners of this firm, have each been engaged in the practice of law for over 30 years.

Our office is located at 1018 Culebra, near the corner of Zarzamora street. We are approximately one mile from interstate 10, near down town San Antonio, Texas.

Aside from our dedication to treating each client with dignity and respect, our goal is to carefully attend to and listen to the needs of our clients and to try to resolve,  without delay, their  legal  problems in a manner as simple and as direct as possible,  while being conscientious of our client's finances.

In addition to pursuing matters at the Immigration Service and the the District Civil Courts, we are capable of handling small matters such as drafting Wills, and creating real estate documents.

Attorney Alberto Virgen is a bilingual litigation attorney that specializes in all types of immigration cases including Adjustment of Status cases, Citizenships, Family based Petitions, Visa Extensions, Work and Travel Documents and Deportation (Removal)  cases. Attorney Alberto Virgen also represents persons charged with all types of criminal offenses, as well as representing the victims of serious and catastrophic accidents caused by the negligence of others, including drunk drivers and defective products such as defective tires and vehicles deemed not to be crash-worthy.

During his 32  plus  years practicing law, Alberto Virgen  has successfully handled a wide variety of  criminal matters including murder cases, drug possession cases, sexual assault cases,  as well as representing hundreds of individuals involved in auto collisions and other serious personal injury matters. Alberto Virgen has been practicing immigration law for approximately 28 years and the practice of immigration cases takes up 90 % of the cases Attorney Alberto Virgen handles these days.
