If I could give less than one star I would negligent doesn’t begin to describe this attorney she has not communicated with me since the day I wrote her a check not a return phone call not a return text or email I personally went to her office three times and spoke with her assistant who every time t...old me she was not in the office. I requested that my file be ready for me to take to another attorney and email to me or that I be called but I was ready for pick up this was about six months ago I have not heard the case was very simple required a mirror appearance and nothing much further than that filing a motion. I went to another lawyer after having to handle half of the issue myself personally for free and paid less than half of what she charged me to have him take care of this in less than two weeks in the meantime I have filed a bar complaint and still not heard anything back from this attorney steer clear I cannot warn you strongly enough against using her.

I hired Ms. Wemmert to assist me with my divorce. She did a great job. Judy is an extremely knowledgeable family law attorney and I was very impressed with her performance both in and out of the courtroom. As a father of two young children, my priority was their best interest. In the end, I feel my c...hildren were the big winners. I was awarded shared custody. I have two happy children, and all for a reasonable fee. I am very impressed with Ms. Wemmert's expertise, talent, and knowledge and would highly recommend her for any legal counseling. Judith was recommended to me from a friend. At first she seemed like she was good. Saying She was gonna get my case done in less than 3 months. She was so full of it. She not once helped my case instead helped my ex find me in contempt. She was paid to do my divorce and then told me I had to pay mo...re money to file and have my ex served. Not once did she attempt to do her job. She is clueless

She is amazing! She is not only aggressive, she has been head on with the outcome. I would definitely call her for any legal matter needed. I trust her 100 plus on any situation. She is worth every penny that I have had to pay for services for my situation.My child support case was handled with great... understanding between my ex-spouse in order to prevent jail time due to we are on good terms and we share custody and she was very helpful and my ex spouse was very grateful for her services.

I have never had dealings with such a poor lawyer. She came recommended by another lawyer that I trusted. I was wrong. What should have been a quick and simple settlement drug out for years. I allowed this to happen since Ms. Wemmert assured me that she and the opposing attorney had an agreement that... protected me from further liability. She lied to me and cost me thousands of dollars. She never returned calls in a timely fashion and ALL preparation came from me. I could have represented myself better. I cannot have anything positive to say about her.
