If I could give less than one star I would negligent doesn’t begin to describe this attorney she has not communicated with me since the day I wrote her a check not a return phone call not a return text or email I personally went to her office three times and spoke with her assistant who every time t...old me she was not in the office. I requested that my file be ready for me to take to another attorney and email to me or that I be called but I was ready for pick up this was about six months ago I have not heard the case was very simple required a mirror appearance and nothing much further than that filing a motion. I went to another lawyer after having to handle half of the issue myself personally for free and paid less than half of what she charged me to have him take care of this in less than two weeks in the meantime I have filed a bar complaint and still not heard anything back from this attorney steer clear I cannot warn you strongly enough against using her.

She does not return phone calls. She leaves you waiting in the dark about your case and she asks other people to post reviews on here in her favor since she has a lot of clients that are not satisfied with her services. I hired her for a child support case and all though she did get me some money now... that it's time to go back to court she does not return my phone calls in over a month in a half... it's very sad that she can't seem to get her schedule in order... she shows up to court unprepared and often forgets what to say in court since she can't keep up with it all b cause all the clients she has. She makes promises she knows she can not keep at the end of the day... if you want an attorney to return your phone calls don't hire her you will be disappointed all the way through.

Accomplished a special warranty deed for my ex-spouse (she served as my lawyer) and never told or attempted to tell me it was done. Just sat on the deed in her office as if it didn't exist. Consequence: I sued my ex through another lawyer (could not work it through Mr Wemmert because she would not ...return calls) for contempt of court in not accomplishing the deed when in fact she had. My attorney could not believe the unprofessional behavior of this lawyer. Stay clear of her!!

She is the worst lawyer i have EVER dealt with. My brother hired her about 7 years ago when my dad passed away. IT HAS BEEN 7 YEARS and she still has not finalized the case even though FOR 3 YEARS she says we are at the final stage. She never returns calls, she never does her job, and she gives nothi...ng but lip service. Absoulte terrible lawyer how you people endorse her is beyond me. DO NOT HIRE HER
