Biography
Stephen K. Ganske is a fifth-generation Texan and Board Certified attorney at Texas Horizons Law Group in Seguin, Texas. He holds Board Certifications in Commercial Real Estate Law, Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, and Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — one of only two attorneys in Texas to hold all three certifications simultaneously.
Stephen grew up in Waco, earned his undergraduate degree from Baylor University, and received his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2009. Before law school, he gained real-world business experience at General Motors as a District Sales and Marketing Manager, and at Sony Electronics during a selective internship at the National Association of Broadcasters Exposition.
Since joining the Seguin legal community in 2013, Stephen has built a practice rooted in real estate transactions, oil and gas matters, estate planning, probate, and business law. He represents buyers, sellers, lenders, landowners, businesses, and families throughout Guadalupe County and surrounding South Central Texas counties. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2019–2022 and appeared on Texas Monthly's list of best lawyers in Texas for those same years.
