Mr. McCrary is, first and foremost, a human being with emotions that can easily influence his judgment. His comments labeling all criminals as "scumbags" reflect a serious lack of professionalism and compassion, which is concerning for someone in his position. As an attorney, he should approach each ...case with an open mind and a commitment to understanding his clients' perspectives, rather than making blanket assumptions. Based on my research and what I’ve seen on his social media, I believe he is unfit to represent anyone and could benefit from a closer investigation into his conduct. I’m relieved I didn’t hire him for my daughter’s representation.
